Uptime Commitment:Anchoredge Techno Solution guarantees a minimum uptime of 97.9% for the hosted websites and applications during each calendar month. Uptime is measured based on the availability of the server and network connectivity.
Maintenance and Downtime:Scheduled maintenance may be required for server updates and enhancements. Anchoredge Techno Solution will provide advance notice (typically 4 hours) of any planned maintenance that may cause temporary downtime. But We are not informing any of emergency downtime maintenance.
Support Response Time: Anchoredge Techno Solution is committed to providing prompt and efficient support to its clients. The following response times for support tickets are outlined:
Critical Issues: Response within 1 hour
High Priority Issues: Response within 4 hours
Medium Priority Issues: Response within 8 hours
Low Priority Issues: Response within 24 hours
Backups are not included as part of our services. It is solely the customer's responsibility to create backups and store them outside of the server or in a location of their choice. The availability of server backups cannot be guaranteed, and we cannot be held accountable for any loss of customer data. We strongly advise customers to regularly create backups of the information they store on our servers.
Security Measures:Anchoredge Techno Solution employs various security measures to safeguard the hosted websites and applications from unauthorized access, data breaches, and malware attacks. These measures include but are not limited to, firewall protection, intrusion detection systems, and regular security audits.
Service Termination:In the event that [Client's Name] decides to terminate the web hosting services, a written notice should be provided to Anchoredge Techno Solution at least 7 days in advance.
Payment Terms:Payment for the web hosting services shall be made as per the agreed-upon terms outlined in the respective hosting package.
Limitation of Liability: Anchoredge Techno Solution shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, network or hardware failures, and actions of third parties.
This Service Level Agreement is subject to review and amendment as necessary. Both parties hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
